Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 11, 2026
Avidra is committed to making its marketing site and product dashboard usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our conformance target, what we have done so far, and how to reach us with feedback.
1. Conformance Target
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the W3C. WCAG 2.1 AA is the conformance level recognised by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance, by Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and by the EU Web Accessibility Directive.
We have not yet completed a formal third-party WCAG 2.1 AA audit. Our current self-assessment indicates we are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, which means some parts of the site or product may not fully meet the standard.
2. What We've Done
The following practices are in place across the marketing site and product:
- Semantic HTML landmarks (
header, nav, main, footer) on all marketing pages. - Visible focus styles on every interactive element.
- A “Skip to content” link as the first focusable element on every marketing page.
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive UI (forms, dialogs, accordions, the navigation menu, and the cookie banner).
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. Animations are simplified or removed for users who request reduced motion. - Light and dark colour themes designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios for body text against background.
- Alternative text on meaningful images and aria-hidden on decorative imagery.
- Form fields with associated
labelelements and explicit error messaging.
3. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, we are aware of the following limitations and are working to fix them:
- Some scroll-driven animations on the marketing site convey information primarily by motion. Reduced-motion fallbacks are in place but the underlying content is not equivalently emphasised.
- Third-party embeds (Cal.com booking calendar) inherit their own accessibility characteristics that we do not directly control. We track upstream accessibility issues with these vendors.
- Some product features inside the authenticated dashboard have not yet been audited to the same depth as the marketing surface.
4. Compatibility
The site is designed to be compatible with current versions of:
- Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile
- iOS VoiceOver and Android TalkBack
- NVDA and JAWS screen readers on Windows
We test with these tools but cannot guarantee a defect-free experience in every combination of browser, assistive technology, and operating system.
5. Report an Accessibility Issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Avidra site or product, please tell us so we can fix it. Include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.
Email: support@avidra.net with subject “Accessibility”.
We aim to respond within five business days and to resolve in-scope issues promptly.
6. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with:
- The Accessibility Directorate of Ontario (for AODA-related concerns in Ontario, Canada).
- The Canadian Human Rights Commission (for federally regulated entities).
- For US residents, the Department of Justice ADA complaints process.
